This blog was created to amuse, encourage, inform, and perhaps inspire others who are trying to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. Anxiety or not, growth is challenging, and we all can be working toward becoming a better person in some area of our lives. Learning does not stop with age, experience, or time. For those of us living with anxiety, the struggle may be fierce, but we still deserve and can lead healthy and happy lives.
My journey is focused on my growth physically, mentally, and emotionally, with the added struggle of living with anxiety. The intent behind this blog is to keep myself accountable and record my experiences. History is a record of what’s been done right and wrong and the consequences (positive or negative) of those choices. Hopefully, my own tiny mark on the world will be one that helps others avoid or overcome the struggles I have encountered by reading my blog. As I walk this path, I hope those who walk with me take away something positive from my experiences.
